1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and funn88 ("funn88", "we", "us", "the platform") in respect of your access to and use of the funn88 online gaming platform available at funn88.bio. By registering an account, making a deposit or playing any game on the platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

funn88 may request proof of age or identity at any point during the account lifecycle. If you fail to provide satisfactory documentation when requested, funn88 reserves the right to restrict your account or withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the funn88 platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address – is strictly prohibited. funn88 uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and a working payment method registered in your own name. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• Your account credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

• funn88 staff will never ask for your password. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent funn88.

Account registration is free. funn88 does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining a player account.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on funn88 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). funn88 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. The available deposit methods shown in your account cashier are the confirmed options at any given time.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. funn88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to you, it may be returned and your account reviewed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your funn88 balance within seconds, though occasional delays may occur due to payment processor issues outside funn88's control.
• funn88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support promptly if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. funn88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and applies to all players regardless of account standing.

• Withdrawals are paid in PKR to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked account or nominated bank account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• funn88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary based on the method selected and your bank or wallet provider's own timelines.
• Active bonus balances may affect withdrawal eligibility. Check the bonus terms for any active offer before submitting a withdrawal request.
• funn88 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual activity has been detected on an account.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on the destination payment account must match the name registered on your funn88 account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

funn88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Every bonus comes with specific terms that govern how it can be used, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. These individual bonus terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this overall agreement.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested. The exact multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

funn88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment details.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against funn88 without valid grounds.
• Creation or use of multiple accounts.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at funn88 staff or other players.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances may be returned to your verified payment method at funn88's discretion, subject to any outstanding investigation. You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms
